I was able to take on one of Caitlin Cole Design’s accounts and turned it into the firm’s largest account with over 50 locations. I accomplished this by working directly with the graphic designer in order to develop a brand strategy that focused on customer acquisition. The finished designs from these locations were used for portfolio branding and it allowed us to increase the company’s billing rate by 58%.

In this industry you have to be communicative, adaptive, and establish trust in an intimate space. In order to provide the best results, I had to have exceptionally clear communication within my consultations. I did this by working with my clients to identify their needs, providing recommendations as an expert, and consistently checking in throughout the entire process to ensure we were on track to achieving results that bring joy, above all.

In my 10+ years as a licensed hairstylist, I worked directly with clients every day to make sure they left the salon loving their hair. From the moment my clients walked in the door to when they left with a smile on their face, I was responsible for the entire customer experience and their happiness, which can translate to increased well-being as a result of positive self-image.  The trust that my clients had was proven consistently by my extremely high retention rate.
